Newsletters

Well, the idea of a Newsletter is that, each month, Members get an update about: how each of them is getting on with their building projects or their flying exploits; perhaps tips on how to take the pain out of this or that bit of construction; breaking news from the LAA; discussion on possible fly-outs/ins; reminiscencies of exploits past; possibly a bit of humour; a diary of forthcoming events - both near and far. You know, the usual sort of clubby social intercourse.

But the truth is, as Newsletter Editors worldwide will tell you, it's not that easy. It is invariably left to the Editor and a (very) few regular contributors to boldly pull together, often from their own resources, the content of each issue.

So, Members, the plea goes out again - please spend an hour, yes! - just an hour, one evening putting a little contribution together for the Newsletter - and send it off to the Editor. Be assured - it will make his day.
